How to use the Time-Sert kit #4412-321 to repair a 14mm spark plug hole thread. In this video I show you how on the Kawasaki KZ1000 Police P21 cylinder head. It is off the cylinder block so it's easier, but this kit is designed for use in situ when a spark plug thread is damaged but not completely obliterated. The tap self-aligns and allows a straight tapping operation so the hole is square.
