Ingredients:
(I made a half batch, but here are the original proportions)
1 lb cottage cheese
1/4 c maple syrup or other sweetener
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c almond flour
1/2 c vanilla protein powder
1 c chocolate chips
Directions:
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until smooth and pour it into a mixing bowl.
Add in remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Add a bit more almond flour/protein powder if you want a thicker dough.
Enjoy as is or turn it into cookies...
To make cookies, preheat your oven to 350F.
Scoop dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. These do not spread out much so they'll stay roughly the same size, only expanding slightly. Bake for 10-15 min or until lightly browned and firm.
