In this video, I show you how to chop spinach. It is really easy to do, and I explain and demonstrate the process with some easy-to-follow instructions. Basically, you have to bunch the spinach up into a ball, and use the knife to cut it up. Once you have done that, it is simply a matter of continually using the knife to chop the small spinach pieces until they have reached the size that you desire.
