Why Digital Connectivity & Smart Capabilities Are Crucial For Commercial Real Estate | Fifth Wall

Описание: The majority of office workers state that connectivity is the most critical factor for a productive work environment. This makes it crucial for property owners to certify the quality of their spaces when it comes to digital connectivity and smart tech capabilities. WiredScore, who rates buildings on these criteria, was able to partner with the largest REIT in the Iberian peninsula, Merlin Properties, to provide ratings for their portfolio. This resulted in Merlin's buildings ranking on average at the WiredScore Gold Level, making it one of the best-connected portfolios across Europe.
