And, instead of just giving me language that I could use to blame my ex, I found ways to accept accountability, and a path towards growth and change, which has deeply improved my current relationship.

I know a lot of therapy speak encourages people to focus on how they've been wronged. I find it keeps people stuck. These books helped me get unstuck.
