ADNAN OKTAR: What I am astonished at is that; we advocate peace, brotherhood and friendship. This is however already the kind of rational life that everyone needs to advocate and lead. For instance we simply sleep, eat, we are honest and do not want any undesirable incidents to occur. We don't want anyone to get hurt. To my surprise, the number of people advocating this in the world is few; very few. This is unbelievable. This is a miracle.

OKTAR BABUNA: Masha'Allah

ADNAN OKTAR: There are billions of people advocating bloodshed. The man simply wants unrest, anarchy. He says, "I want fight, my friend." If he can't find anything else, he suggests to make up a football team and become enemies. Or he suggests them to be enemies of each other. I consider them all clean of these claims, but some of them are like this. Or, the man is a Christian. And he says, "My friend, we are Protestants and you are Catholics. So what will we do now, you know? We will kill one another with all our might." Look at this horrible situation.

For instance he is a Muslim. He says, "You belong to a weird Islamic school. What are you? An Alawi." You ask to an Alawi and he says, "You're a Sunni." "So what shall we do? We will massacre one another." I tell this to those who say so. Why would a person of sound mind, a normal Muslim say this? An Alawi is my bosom friend. A Bektashi is my bosom friend, my brother. A Wahhabi, a Twelver, all of them, a Shiah, a Sunni; they are all my dearest and nearest. They all are people who say, "La ilahe illa-Allah, Mohammad ar-Rasul Allah." Right?

OKTAR BABUNA: Yes.

ADNAN OKTAR: I mean their ideas are different, that is a separate thing, you explain them, you talk to them. There can be a very rich flow of opinions; everyone can tell his own idea, his own opinion, insha'Allah. Resorting to violence is horrible. People will be completely free. But while being free, we do not mean a man attaching tins behind his car and making noise on the streets. This is not freedom. If you claim that this is how you play around. But you would be disturbing other people, this is not acceptable. Everyone interferes in it. Not disturbing anyone is very important.
