Need an easy 1 pan tasty KETO recipe for Sloppy Joe Sliders? I've got you covered. This delicious recipe takes under 30 minutes to make. So, break out your best non-stick pan and get busy! The Sloppy Joe mixture is 3 carbs per serving (without the bun, because it depends on which brand you use).
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. grass-fed hamburger
1/4 of a white onion
1/4 of a red pepper
1/4 of a green pepper
2 Tbsp organic tomato paste:
1 can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes (15 oz):
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. onion powder

8 small Keto buns
shredded cheese (optional)
melted butter (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Finely dice onion & peppers.
Heat a non-stick pan and take hunks of the hamburger and press it down
firmly. Let it cook until it's a really dark brown (not burnt). This is where
the flavor is. Cook the other side.
Remove meat from pan & discard the fat. Wipe out pan with paper towel.
Return the same pan to stove. Cook the aromatics until softened.
Make a hole in the center, add the tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add can of tomatoes along with spices & brown sweetener.
Add meat back in and chop it into the sauce.
Cut rolls in half and put sloppy joe mix into the 8 rolls.
(Optional): Put melted butter on top of the rolls and put into broiler
for 2-3 minutes until top is golden brown.
