Victim 'aggressively wheeled' toward Seattle waterfront shooter, defense attorney claims

Описание: A King County judge denied a request to reduce bail for the man who is charged with shooting another man who was confined to a wheelchair during an argument on Seattle's Waterfont.

Gregory Timm, 32, appeared in court Monday morning, pleading not guilty to felony assault charges in connection to the July 31 shooting.

According to the charges, Timm accused the victim of 'stolen valor' and demanded to see his military identification because the man had patches on his wheelchair identifying him as a veteran.
