This video is my opinion regarding this awesome icemaker as well as how I installed it. If you are looking for a how to video this aint it.
When I was deciding which brand of icemaker to purchase, there were zero reviews or videos of this unit, other than directly from the manufacturer. I figured i would change that to help others.
The warranty is the best in its class, and the two or three people i have dealt with at True after my purchase treated me like family. Wow.
Edit: 2022... the filter has increased significantly in price to around $90 and should last one year before the light illuminates to change it and the machine shuts off. You are able to reset the machine if you do not want to change the filter but it is suggested that you follow their recommended maintenance.
