In this video I present my inspiration for scratch-building a metal Art Deco amplifier cabinet, then proceed to build it. Each step of construction is shown in detail, including creation of a pattern, plasma cutting, fitting, welding and finishing of both the cabinet and chassis. In Part 2, I will build, install, and test an amplifier circuit utilizing the chassis. At the conclusion of the video, we will take a drone flight over El Paso, TX with musical accompaniment.
