Label free Imaging

Описание: Standard cell imaging requires the use of distinct fluorophores or dyes, to image each cellular organelle or cell process individually, limiting the amount of things that can be observed at once during live cell imaging.

Nanolive’s refractive index imaging allows to distinguish between cells and their organelles and visualize their movements, without any labels. Therefore the value of each experiment is greatly increased, thanks to the high content, high resolution data that can be captured in a single acquisition.
