I actually wrote this at about 2 AM in the morning. I was awake...couldn't sleep, a little sweaty, a little emotional, and was laughing at myself. Apparently, creativity popping up at weird hours might be another menopause symptom too.

This track blends hip-hop and neo-soul for all the feels. It is honest, a little funny, and meant to feel like someone saying, “Yep, me too.” We laugh. We sweat. We breathe. We get through another day.
