Energy harvesting is what happens when your attention, emotional labor, ideas, intuition, or nervous system regulation are being extracted without your consent and without true reciprocity—often under the guise of growth, service, leadership, spirituality, or belonging.



If you’re an empath, intuitive, healer, or helper, you are especially vulnerable to this. You give freely, you care deeply, and you often assume the cost is yours to quietly absorb.
