Best Panoramic Views of Istanbul from Galata Tower + Strolling Down Istiklal Street | TURKEY

Описание: For incredible 360 panoramic views of Istanbul, there can be no better spot than up in Galata Tower. It does get a little crowded at the top but it's absolutely worth it for the amazing views. If you don't like walking up steps, take the elevator then walk back down the stairs to check out each floor.

As it is a very touristy area around Galata Tower, cafes and restaurants are crowded too and tend to be pricier but the rustic cafe we ate at had great food and was in a nice quieter spot when we visited.

İstiklal street is an extremely popular and busy street in Istanbul. You'll find tons of shops and eateries there but also some traces of historic passages and buildings. It's located next to Taksim square and there's a nostalgic-looking tram that runs through the length of the Istiklal Street.
