Ingredients (Mentioned in Video)
• Basmati rice 300 grams
• Fresh mushrooms 12 to 15
• Green peas (matar)3/4 cup
• Onions, 4 (sliced and fried
• Ginger-garlic green chilli paste1 tablespoon
• Yogurt / curd 4 tablespoons
• Whole spices (bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon black cardamom, black pepper corn and cumin seeds
• Biryani masala1/2 tablespoons
• Red chilli powder, turmeric,1 teaspoon
• Fresh coriander & mint leaves
• Oil / ghee 3 tablespoons
• salt to taste
• saffron milk 2 tablespoons
