This is a simple A/B fault finding procedure to help toubleshoot the source of a possible Hall signal issue.
If the results mirror what is shown in the video, your Hall encoders are sending the Hall effect pulses to the C2-30 controller as intended.
Test 1: Use the multimeter ground pin and put it to PIN1 (ground) on the C2-30 and measure the voltage at PIN 7 and PIN 8 (Hall signals from Actuator 1) when the actuator is not moving. The reading should be either 0V or around 5.4V . Repeat this test with PIN 11 and PIN 12 (Actuator 2)
Test 2. Now Use the multimeter ground pin and put it to PIN 1 on the C2-30 and measure the voltage at PIN 7 and PIN 8 (Hall signals from actuator 1) when the actuator is moving. The reading should be around 2.7V. Repeat this test with PIN 11 and PIN 12 (Hall signals from Actuator 2)
Understanding your results: - A deviation from the above readings could indicate faulty Hall encoder(s) in your actuator(s)
