This 15 minute walking workout is perfect for beginners! It is also great for those who want to add extra steps to their day and for people who are working toward their weight loss goals. You can walk at home or even on your lunch break! It’s low impact, easy to follow, and no equipment is required. All you have to do is mirror me . . . or don’t! But, keep moving the entire time.
Modifications: If you need to catch your breath, then simply walk in place. If you need to fire it up, then when I walk in place, you jog in place.
Remember to focus on your breath and drink water as needed. You should be able to carry on a conversation while walking.
Most importantly, have fun with it!!!
