The South Australian government has released the full costings of its election commitments five days before polling day and is pressuring the Opposition to follow suit.
The Opposition won't be rushed and is holding off until Thursday as former Prime Minister John Howard offered to lend his support to campaigning Premier Steven Marshall.
Treasurer Rob Lucas blasted Opposition Leader Peter Malinauskas for not saying how he planned to fund the $3 billion in election promises.
“This is an unprecedented move for a government almost a week before an election,” he said.
The Liberal government estimates its election promises will cost $988 million.
