A Job For Everybody Campaign 2019 - Glen's story

Описание: As part of the DYW Scotland #AJobForEverybody campaign, we are sharing stories of local people who face barriers to employment, but have secured work thanks to the support of the All Age Learning Disability Team.

This video features Glen, who has spent the last two summer seasons working as a kitchen cleaner at the Bellavista Guest House in Kirkwall. We hear from Glen’s employer Angela Walls, who tells us about the simple adjustments they made to accommodate Glen, and the support they have all received from the All Age Learning Disability Team.
