Cocktail Tutorial "Lovers Rock" by Sonny Esponda!

Описание: Today we are joined by craft cocktail bartender and mixologist Sonny Esponda for a tutorial of his award winning cocktail, "Lovers Rock" from this summer's Tropical Shakedown cocktail competition sponsored by Don Papa Rum!

Lover's Rock by Sonny Esponda
8-9 Fresh Raspberries, muddled
1 oz Egg White
.75 oz Fresh Key Lime Juice
1 oz Lover's Cream (Heavy Cream, Cream of Coconut, dash of Spiced Rum)
2-3 dash Mediterranean Sea Salt
1.5oz Lover's Agave (2oz Guava Paste, 5oz Strawberries, 10oz Bananas, simmered 15 min on medium heat, smash through strainer, then add agave)
2 oz Habanero Infused Don Papa Rum (2 Habaneros per bottle, rolled/infused for 15 minutes)
Shake all ingredients above in cocktail tin with cubed ice. Fill glass (pre-prepared Tiki shaped glass with twine wrapped rim and 2-3 banana leaves with one leaf artistically scribed) with crushed ice, double strained from cocktail tin. Top with whipped Lover's Cream (modified to add guava nectar and pink food dye). Top with unsweetened powdered cacao/cinnamon blend, toasted coconut and top with an edible orchid or fresh raspberry. Serve with a bamboo straw.
