At first artist Design the shoe soul in computer, after completing the design The CNC machine is made ready for every printing, once machine is ready the print sent from the computer to the machine.
CNC machine starts engraving in the almunium bricks as per the direction from computer.
the CNC machine has its own tools to cut process. The almunium design is ready after 4-5 hours by using different method and tools. After Polishing the inner design the mold is assembled into the Male & Female parts in to one peice.

The machine adopt high speed shock knife to cut material, high speed and high precision.
