Petitioners sought action under multiple sections of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and POCSO Act. The court accepted the petition and ordered police to conduct a lawful investigation. Brahmachari said justice will be pursued and planned a Sanatan Yatra to Vidya Math protesting abuse claims. Avimukteshwaranand called the allegations false, urging a speedy process without delay. He denied the charges, claiming the complainant has a history of filing false cases against others.
