The Legislative Committee of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP) is asking for opinions from those with experience in the use of electronic collars (e-collars).
The IACP is dedicated to the proper, humane use of training tools. We have spent a significant amount of time developing this in-depth survey surrounding the use of the e-collar to better understand its use and its impact as well as user experiences, both good and bad.
To keep the survey data true and to prevent corruption by issue motivated groups, whether for or against the use of the tool, there is a $1.00 charge to complete the survey.
