How to Play Retrospective Sailing - Live Example - Conference Review Boats - Being Agile

This video talks through a workshop where we played the Retrospective Sailing Game at an Agile conference in teams.

Attendees formed groups to create their boats and use the game to review the conference. Their mission - why they attended, What they are enjoying - the sails, and any challenges they have faces - their anchors. Teams then scale their sails and anchors and suggest ways to raise those sails and anchor with small actionable agile activities!
