Airfryer Bread: Out of Date Sourdough Bread Mix

Описание: Was feeling under the weather and it was the half term week which meant kids were under my feet - no only joking - the boys are great, I love having them home 24/7. But it did mean that I went through my cupboards and discovered an out of date sourdough bread mix packet and I thought oooo why not give this a go. I've bought shop bought sourdough bread on the Lidl app free bakery item once and liked it, that loaf cost £1.79 so this £1 bread mix wasn't going to waste! Results were mixed with the end result, I used the Cosori dual blaze and the Ninja AF451 to cook these, they both were exactly the same in terms of baking, taste was ok but texture was close to being rubbery almost. Possibly my kneading technique!
