Hi guys
I’ve said a few times on here that I’d share this, but now it feels right now as I’m in a better space.
The reason I started this YouTube vlog was because I going through a cancer pathway to diagnosis. This has reopened my PTSD, which I’ve had for 24 years following me attending an earthquake as a member of an international search and rescue team; along with attending other traumatic incidents on a regular basis. I’ve lived with it everyday since then, but it’s been ok. However it’s back with a vengeance and it’s been tough, but it won’t win. :-)
The firefighters charity has been amazing and I’m getting the mental help I need with a specialist trauma counselling team.
The allotment has been an amazing safe space I can enjoy and knowing you guys watch and enjoy it has been fantastic.
