AISW 4.0 is one of the major calisthenics competitions in this year. Strength and form standards are up to the mark.
I am participating in Streetlifting
Streetlifting is a strength sport that combines calisthenics and powerlifting. Streetlifting consists of three attempts at maximal weight on two lifts pull-up or chin-up and dip. Some competitions also include muscle-ups, and back squats.
All India Strength Wars - All India Strength Wars is India’s first and biggest Calisthenics community founded in 2018 with the motto of promoting health and fitness in the form of Calisthenics
AISW unites Street Workout athletes and other strength athletes at a national level. All India Strength Wars is the biggest organiser for StreetWorkout and Calisthenics Championship held every year.
Our motto is to Educate & Encourage people the importance of bodyweight training and introduce Calisthenics as a way to live a healthy lifestyle.
