The Toronto Housing Market In 2020

Описание: In this video you're watching me talk about the current housing market in Toronto in 2020. It's no secret that the housing market is very hot right now and if you haven't bought a house then it's going to be very hard to, considering the prices right now. At the moment, you're paying upwards of 950K in the city of Toronto for a detached house. The only feasible plan is to move out of the city as far as you can but still within reason. I believe that if you're in your 20's with no kids then you can get away with a condo but after more than one kid, you'll probably outgrow your condo and will need to move into a house. The best option for houses are right outside downtown, 20-30 minutes driving. That's where I currently live, but I live in an apartment, not a house. You 'can' buy a bigger house further outside of the city but be aware that if you don't have a car, you probably won't make it far. Everything is at least 30 minutes out if you're walking and if you're driving you'll fare way better. At the end of the day, it's all about what your goals are and what you have.
