Описание: This is the recording of a motivational lecture delivered during a training seminar for Central Bank Of India employees at Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Bombay. During the seminar, I explained to the attendees the process of innovating India's first auto engine conversion on a microlight powered hang glider (PHG) trike and the struggles I faced on the road to creating Indian aviation history.

My name is J Parameshwaran, and I am a Special Tooling & Process Development officer with over 35 years of experience in the aviation sector. I have previously partnered with IIT Kanpur as an "Engine Conversion Consultant & Fabricator" on its Low Altitude, Long Endurance (LALE) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) project.

I have created Indian aviation history by being the first to design a powered hang glider (PHG) using an automobile engine converted for aviation use. The successful test flight was carried out by the late Capt David Figuerdo, a highly decorated Indian Air Force pilot.

I have also developed a unique reversible airboat whose design has been tested and complies with international maritime standards, and is able to conduct operations in as little as 1 inch of water as well as marshy areas. The airboat can be used for sports, recreation, search & rescue, or as a water ambulance with three stretchers and one paramedic.
