Описание: One of the most complicated penalty to comprehend is the penalty prescribed under Rule 11(v) which is " reduction to lower stage in the time scale of pay". This penalty takes various shapes depending on whether the Disciplinary authority has ordered "earning or not earning increment" during the period of penalty and gets further complicated by the stipulation as to whether on expiry of the period of penalty, the increments would be postponed or not?.
