When I buy a pound of bacon I have to figure out how to conserve it because I’m only one person and I don’t eat bacon every day.
This pound that I bought is being rolled up but I needed 2 for cooking my fried potatoes with onions.
And since I had use for the onion, I decided to knock out a quick guacamole for myself.
Then I rolled up the bacon and put it in the freezer.
