If you want to take any kind of Government Contract, First you need to register with D Class contractor after that you can promote your license in A class or B or A. If you want to become govt contractor you must have this license otherwise you can not fill e-tender or you can not take any kind of government contract. Contractor registration is a very simple task, you need to visit the department where you want to get contract ex.
