Russian pancakes
Ingredients:
4 eggs
0,5tsp salt
1,5tbsp sugar
500g flour
1l milk
2tbsp oil
mushrooms
onion
chicken
1. Mix eggs, salt and sugar.
2. Add 500ml milk, mix.
3. Add flour, mix.
4. Add 500ml milk and oil, mix.
5. fry in a well-heated frying pan until golden brown.
(For the filling, finely chop and fry the onion and mushrooms. Boil the chicken and chop finely, add to the mushrooms)
