Let's take a quick trip to San Andres Colombia. Located about 500 miles from the mainland of Colombia, San Andres is a popular Caribbean location frequented by many Colombians. It's a small island near the country of Nicaragua, but technically it's a part of Colombia.
San Andres is unique because even though it's a part of Colombia, there's a heavy Afro-Caribbean culture and in addition to Spanish, English is widely spoken here as well.
