He is a Brand Manager and Programming Vice President at Audacy, overseeing the company's strategic programming vision. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond and an MBA in Business Administration from Strayer University-Ohio. He is the recipient of the Marconi Award, for Medium Market Personality of the Year, presented by the National Association of Broadcasters. He is the only Virginia radio personality and one of the few Black personalities to ever receive this award, placing him in an elite group alongside Steve Harvey, Erica Campbell, Rickey Smiley, Big Boy, and Tom Joyner. He grew up in Richmond's Highland Park neighborhood and is deeply connected to the local community. As he often uses his platform for community initiatives, such as food distributions, toy drives, and promoting local Virginia hip-hop artists through a segment called "For Locals Only (FLO).
