1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 cup curd (dahi)
1 tsp turmeric (haldi)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Salt to taste
1 onion (optional for pakora)
Water as needed
Mustard oil / Ghee
🔥 Method:
1️⃣ Mix besan, dahi, and spices with water to form kadhi batter.
2️⃣ Prepare pakora mixture and fry till golden.
3️⃣ Cook kadhi on low flame till thick, then add pakoras.
4️⃣ Give tadka with curry leaves, red chilli & jeera.
