Ingredients
2 chicken breast cook and cubed
olive oil
1 onion sliced
pinch dried thyme
½ red bell pepper sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
200 ml chicken stock made from 1 chicken cube and water
salt
pepper
300g mushroom
2 tbsp butter
3 cups milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup frozen peas
sherry
rice to serve
and you can sprinkle with chopped parsley – optional
pinch of nutmeg in the white sauce optional
