I've been a HUGE fan of Gumby ever since I found about his existence. When I discovered Art's short here, I thought to myself "I think I know how to upscale this video, maybe improve the picture quality a little" & wouldn't you know it, the technology exists! I've uploaded the results here for you.

Between the two versions of the film, I lightly adjusted the audio levels & ran the SD video through the upscaler. There was some tiny text I could not for the life of me decipher on the title card, pretty sure it's whats on the poster from IMDb: 1953 - Clokey Productions, INC, All Rights Reserved. I feel inspired watching this. I've watched it five times today & counting. Thinking about animation is not animating. I have projects I'm slowly working on, but I aim to continue creating new pieces, cartoons, & someday a full feature film with a MPAA rating & everything. For Art, this lead to the Gumby Pilot which lead to being on Howdy Dowdy which turned into The Gumby Show. Gumby was BIG, I tell ya! Gosh, what a breathe of fresh air this is!
