Описание: 🎨 What if art took you on a journey through the Centre-Val de Loire?
For its 4th edition, the AR(t]CHIPEL Festival returns from 15 October 2026, as part of an exceptional partnership between the Centre-Val de Loire Region and the Centre Pompidou.

This anniversary edition celebrates two major figures of 20th-century art, Alexander Calder and Max Ernst, both of whom lived and worked in the Centre-Val de Loire. In 2026, the festival marks the 50th anniversary of their deaths, as well as 100 years since Alexander Calder first settled in France.

🔴 “Calder in the Heart of France” presents the artist’s work across 15 exceptional venues throughout the region. Castles, museums and contemporary art centres create unique dialogues between Calder’s works, architecture, heritage and landscapes.

🌿 At the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire, “Max Ernst – De Natura” explores the artist’s fascinating relationship with nature, the living world and metamorphosis.

🖌️ The festival also features 14 contemporary art exhibitions and the exceptional opening of nearly 90 artists’ studios, offering visitors a chance to meet artists and discover contemporary creation throughout the six departments of the Centre-Val de Loire.
