The former president, Rodrigo Duterte, went to the Senate on October 28 to testify at the inquiry into his scandalous war on drugs — and all hell broke loose. Based on the number of times Duterte invoked “impiyerno (hell),” we might be forgiven for thinking that it was the plan all along.
