Описание: McCaig's Tower is a large, circular stone structure overlooking Oban, Scotland. Built between 1897 and 1902 by wealthy banker John Stuart McCaig, it was intended as both a monument to his family and a way to provide work for local stonemasons. Inspired by the Roman Colosseum, the tower remains unfinished due to McCaig's death. Today, it serves as a popular tourist attraction with stunning views of Oban Bay and the surrounding islands.
