আইনি ভিত্তি ছাড়া জুলাই সনদ স্বাক্ষর অনুষ্ঠানে জাতীয় নাগরিক পার্টি যোগ দেবে না বলে জানিয়েছেন এনসিপির আহ্বায়ক নাহিদ ইসলাম। সকালে রাজধানীর বাংলামোটরে জুলাই সনদসহ সার্বিক রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি নিয়ে সংবাদ সম্মেলনে তিনি এ কথা জানান ।

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) convener Nahid Islam has said that the National Citizens Party (NCP) will not participate in the July Charter signing ceremony without a legal basis. He made this statement at a press conference on the overall political situation, including the July Charter, at Bangla Motor in the capital this morning.
