Hey everyone! Welcome back to my channel! In today's video, I want to share my personal journey as a Real Estate Agent and why I made the decision to leave EXP Realty, only to come back later, fully embracing its incredible potential.

As many of you know, my real estate career began at Keller Williams, where I gained valuable experience and learned the ropes of the industry. However, I couldn't ignore the buzz surrounding EXP Realty's innovative business model, and I was eager to explore new opportunities. So, with excitement and optimism, I made the leap to join EXP Realty.

Unfortunately, my initial experience at EXP Realty wasn't as fulfilling as I had hoped. I had joined under a weak sponsorship, and as a result, I didn't fully grasp the true capacity and benefits that this brokerage had to offer. Frustrated and unsure, I decided to part ways and explore other options in the real estate world.

My journey then led me to Re/Max, followed by Compass Real Estate, and later to Realty One. With each move, I sought to find the perfect brokerage model that would align with my goals and aspirations. I craved a supportive environment, extensive training, and opportunities for passive income and multiple streams of income.

It wasn't until "The Wolf Pack," my current sponsorship, approached me and explained the EXP Realty model in an entirely new light. They shed light on the extensive training that was available, the unmatched support system, and the potential for passive income that I hadn't fully understood before.

Upon reflection, I realized that I had been missing out on numerous incredible benefits during my previous stint at EXP Realty. The opportunities for stock options, ownership in the company, and modern prospecting techniques were all game-changers that I had overlooked.

In this video, I want to take you through my personal transformation and the lessons I learned along the way. I'll share the key factors that made me reconsider my decision and how I ultimately found my way back to EXP Realty with a newfound appreciation for everything it offers.
