Описание: I built this from scratch—and learned a lot along the way.

While looking at the M5 Stack Atom S3, I realized I already had an ESP32-S3. Why not just build my own version? I had a cheap TFT display, some parts lying around, and access to a 3D printer. It sounded simple enough… but of course, it turned out to be a bit more ambitious than I expected.

This is a story about learning: hardware, RGB565 color formats, unexpected bugs, and the joy (and frustration) of DIY electronics. My version is much simpler than the Atom S3, just an animated GIF display, but the process taught me more than I imagined.
