2. Step by step : Create a rules to size limit message attachments to Outside

DC2 : Create a group mail named G_HR :

Start - Exchange Admin Center - recipients - groups - New - Security group :

Display name : G_HR + Alias : G_HR + Organizational unil - Browse... - HR OU

DC1 : Add member for G_HR

Server Manager - Tools - Active Directory Users and Computers - Yi.vn - HR OU - Add HiepHR;VietHR;NamHR to member of G_HR

DC2 : Create a rules to size limit message attachments to Outside is 2MB for G_HR

Exchange Admin Center - mail flow - rules - New - Create a new rule... :

Name : Send outside 2MB

Apply this rule if... - The recipient... - is external/internal - Select recipient location : Outside the organization - OK

Add condition - The sender... - is a member of this group - Choose G_HR

Add condition - Any attachment... - size is greater than equal to... - specify attachment size limit (KB) : 2048

Do the following... - Block the message... - reject the message and include an explanation

specify rejection reason : Do not attach greater than 2MB to outside ! - Save

WIN101 : Logon using HiepHR (member of G_HR), access email :

Send and attach file 5.37MB to HiepIT === OK (Inside)
