Eton Mess
Ingredients:
Eton Mess:
25ml gin,
25ml Baileys,
1 x egg white,
30g strawberry jam,
15ml lemon juice,
15ml double cream,
strawberry to garnish
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker - without ice - and shake vigorously. Add ice and give it another big shake. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a strawberry.
