In this video, I go through my process for designing and making a minimalist leather satchel, with the purpose of creating an EDC film pouch for photographers to carry 120 or 35mm film. To ensure a minimalist design, I started with the challenge of making a one piece leather bag, before adding a belt loop and strap for ease of carrying.

This easy leather film pouch is a perfect leather crafting project for beginners as it requires minimal parts in an extremely simple construction. This would make a great addition to any photographer's EDC, or could simply be used as a micro satchel for carrying a phone, wallet, and keys.
