Here is an Updated Overpowered Vex Build in Borderlands 4, leveraging the new DLC weapons and other powerful weapons to tear through UVH5 and the new UVH6 mode coming soon. This build will scale well since it also has the torgue sticky weapons which can help with enemies with large health bars, thanks to the witchy trigger finger being able to stack huge scaling to oneshot once we reload. Very powerful combo!
