Christ Primus C150 car wash, located at Sainsbury’s Crystal Peaks in Sheffield, partially rebrushed in black in recent years. Installed in 2010.
Programme: Ultimate (£7.50)
Still going strong 14 years later, and has surprisingly outlived many of Sainsbury’s’ Genius and Varius systems from around the same era - putting them all to shame in terms of their reliability and performance. As it also stands, this is the one of the UK’s last operating Sainsbury’s Primuses which still has its original blue side brushes.
October 2025 update: replaced with a Christ Alpha C173
