In this dynamic, real-time class, you’ll experience an engaging setup that mirrors the feel of an in-person session. Sohmer will guide you through a full practice, pausing to break down specific asanas, answer questions, and dive into the finer details of each movement. Expect an interactive session that covers everything from sequencing and cueing to alignment, adjustments, and modifications for all body types—all designed to help you refine your practice and deepen your understanding of asana.

With her extensive experience teaching in the US and India, Sohmer brings a unique blend of technical precision and traditional wisdom to her classes. Having trained in Denver and later in Kerala for advanced yoga therapies, Sohmer’s classes offer a harmonious mix of alignment-focused Vinyasa flow and meditative Restorative styles.
